EVENT: Quad Cities Eating Disorders Conference

6:30-7:45 AM Setup in lobby. If you are a speaker and would like to do a tech run, you may do so during this time. There will also be opportunities to run tech in the 15-minute breaks between sessions. Everyone must make all table and room specifications prior via the Speaker & Representative Info Forms.

EVENT: Sensory Awareness and Embodiment for Body Reconnection with Ann Saffi-Biasetti, PhD, LCSW, C-IAYT

TIME: 9:00-10:30 AM

LOCATION: Sanctuary Studios, 1800 7th Ave, Moline, IL 61265

DESCRIPTION: Join Ann in an embodied movement practice exploring sensory awareness through the integration of movement, interoceptive awareness and self-compassion for body re-connection. We will explore through an hour-long practice, share feedback, and have time for Q & A.

Sponsors will have access to a certain number of free CE/CME tickets per their sponsorship level. Choose the Free Ticket option on Eventbrite when reserving these tickets:

PLATINUM - 4 free CE/CME tickets
GOLD – 3 free CE/CME tickets
SILVER – 2 free CE/CME tickets
BRONZE – 1 free CE/CME ticket
PARTNER – 1 free CE/CME ticket

PLEASE NOTE: if you are looking to receive CME/CEs for the event, you will need to register via the CME Tracker online

How to Register:

Register online at https://cmetracker.net/MCRF (Copy and paste in your browser).
Click on Live Activities and sign in to register.
Go to My Portal and create a Profile if you do not already have one with MCRF.
- If you are new to Tracker, please register with your personal email and not your work email (this will be a one-time only for all programs unless you want to later change your profile).
- Make sure in the profile that you list the credit you are eligible to receive by your profession and credentials, your license number, Affiliation and Specialty.
- Fill in Attendee Type (social worker, psychologist, physician, nurse, etc.)
Click on the Live Program Tab to see the catalog of available programs to register your attendance (In order to claim your credit and obtain your CME/CE certificate, you must have a Profile in our CME Tracker).

Speaker Presentation Materials

All speakers must bring their own computers to connect to the projectors on site.
The IT staff will have HDMI adapters only for hook-up. If you need further tech support, please indicate on your Speaker Form.
Speaker slide decks must be sent in PDF form to stephanie.burrough@unitypoint.org by 9/16/26. These will be posted online for all attendees via the online program.
If you would like us to print handouts for your presentation, please email them to stephanie.burrough@unitypoint by 9/16/26. We will make sure they are available in your breakout session room on the day of the event.

Marketing Materials

Don’t want to travel with all your materials? Ship them and we will have them waiting for you at the conference center. Please email Stephanie so we are looking for your items at stephanie.burrough@unitypoint.org. Please send your items no later than 9/16/26.
